Published delivery times
- Villa Clara and Sancti Spíritus: as a general rule, parcels are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment.
- Havana: delivery within 3 to 7 days.
Made-to-order products and items with special delivery arrangements follow the delivery time stated on their product page.
Delivery cost and location
Delivery charges depend on the destination municipality or province. Consult the rate table and review the final amount at checkout. If your location is not listed, contact us to confirm coverage and the rate before paying.
Care during transport
Food is transported in insulated bags. We are responsible for its quality during transport and for protecting fragile items until delivery.
When your order arrives
The recipient should check the products at delivery. Report any issue immediately so we can assess it and arrange a replacement, refund or compensation, as appropriate.
